Rescheduling and Cancellation
With our limited seating and freshly prepared ingredients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance by contacting us at (000) 000-0000. While we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of $100 per guest. Please note that if a rescheduled reservation is later canceled, the same fee will apply.
Reservation Timeline
Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Please note that items on the Niku-ya Set Menu may vary or be adjusted based on seasonality and ingredient availability.
The Niku-ya Set Menu is priced at $225 per guest and may be adjusted based on seasonality and ingredient availability. Please inquire about our latest menu when making your reservation.
Dining Experience
The average dining experience at Niku-ya lasts about two hours. If you have any scheduling constraints, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Corkage Fee and Cake Fee
We kindly request that any wine or sake brought in not be items currently featured on our menu. Our corkage fee is $35 per bottle (up to 750ml) with a limit of two bottles, or $90 for one magnum-sized bottle per party. Additionally, a flat cake fee of $35 applies.
Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies when making your reservation. We kindly request that all special requests be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Due to the seasonality and availability of the Niku-ya Set Menu, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. For severe allergies or complex dietary restrictions, please contact us directly to confirm if we can safely adjust your menu. We appreciate your understanding.
